Rain and overcast days.
In spite of overcast and rain over my place, yesterday I have got just 20 sec. sunshine
from which I found some strong stress accumulation over Maharashtra, India region. But today,
unfortunately I have no sunshine. In spite of that based on last year reading, I have
managed to made a rough calculation reveals that around 5.5+M over SOUTHERN INDIA (17.0N 73.9E)
i.e. Koyna region shortly.
Possibility of quake over Bhuj, Gujarat cannot be ignored at this stage, but I am unable to
give my prediction since there was no sunshine for the last couple of days, as mentioned.
Interestingly, today I got a DIP in my quake box which reads local gravity change
indicates that the quake is on the way.
Apart from the above around 5 to 6+M quake over
GREECE (38.2N 20.4E) - EASTERN GULF OF ADEN (13.9N 50.4E)
may occur within next 48 to 380 hours from 04.30 UTC on 15th Nov. 2009. PREDICTION Dt. 6th to 9th Nov.'09
PREDICTION & FOLLOW UP WERE INTERRUPTED
DUE TO MONSOON RAIN AND TOTAL OVERCAST PREDICTION NOTE: As soon as posted my note as below,
there were two quakes
released the stress over Sumatra viz., IMPORTANT PREDICTION NOTE: If you look into prediction results listed below, though some
of the locations were yield results except SUMATRA region after 31st Oct. 09, inspite of strong precursors noticed as listed over here.
So I suspect strongly, stress accumulation over SUMATRA is increasing day by day and may yield very strong quake shortly.
I REMEMBER THE SAME CONDITION WAS PREVAILED BEFORE 2004 9.3M QUAKE WHERE THE STRESS ACCUMULATION
STARTED FROM 15th DEC. 04 AND GREAT RESULT WAS OBTAINED ON 26th DEC. 2004, which may please note. PREDICTION Dt. 4 & 5th Nov.'09

Inspite of that, if the registered readings were correct around 5M quake over

and around 5 to 7M quakes over

may occur within next 48 to 380 hours from 04.30 UTC on 30th Oct. 2009.
PREDICTION NOTE: Seismic activity over Northern to Southern Sumatra region is noticed very strong. Coastel areas of Sumatra, Srilanka, Tamilnadu
are comes under maximum alert. If the expected magnitude exceeds, possibility of TSUNAMI cannot be ruled out. Other interior areas as mentioned above should be watched animal abnormal
behavior and take care. Perhaps next week media headlines covers mostly about these quakes, I suspect.

NOTE
Though there are several quakes will occur in coming days, this observatory is able to predict the event only between 0 to 180E degree Longitude (Approx.) and 30S and 50N Latitude(Approx.) and that also subject to available of sun light at this observatory.
